At home on Acland Street, in one of St Kilda's finest Deco Buildings, Big Mouth caters for everything from casual drinks, family dinners, group bookings, cocktail parties and club nights. More like a pub than a club, more quirky than straight, Big Mouth has been part of the Acland Street food and wine scape for 23 years.

The Bamboo Room is our restaurant space, quieter than the lounge bar, but still with plenty of vibe. A very cool room with hand painted walls in cherry and gold. Delicious in every possible way. Book for dinner or lunch. Suitable for large groups, private functions and cocktail soirées. Seating for 70+.

The Bar and Lounge feels like the Russian Ball Room it was in the 50's but with an upbeat  Franco Cozzo vintage twist.  Few beers in the afternoon, dinner, then on the weekend brunch and djs.

We do Trivia on Tuesdays and bands Thursdays.

The Bar and Lounge is conducive to cocktail drinking and wine quaffing.

Serious dance floor action occurs here Friday and Saturday, so be warned.

At street level the Cafe and Wine bar is probably one of the most covetable seats on Acland street if people watching and being part of the action is your thing. Absolutely on the cusp of all things St Kilda. Serving great coffee, cosy mid week dinners or  an earful of late night beats on Sunday and Thursday. In summer with the windows thrown open it's a fine place to catch the evening sea breeze.

Big Mouth downstairs cafe is quite the institution.
